ABOUT TOMMY POWER, MFS
“The Trainer’s Trainer”
As heard on KABC Talk Radio
The title of fitness trainer falls short when trying to describe Tommy’s ability and methodicalness. No matter the words you choose to describe Tommy or his training system, the results need just one, “amazing”. Tommy’s multidisciplinary approach brings together the benefits found in yoga, pilates, power-lifting, sports specific training, and many forms of movement therapy without the fluff. This fluid attitude removes limitations to exercise design and application.
When doctors recommend strengthening and exercise to their patients, they turn to Tommy Power. He takes pride in delivering results without setbacks. His nuanced understanding of biomechanics, proprioception, exercise selection, and neuromuscular reeducation, produces results often thought out of reach.
Tommy’s intense focus on quality of movement and efficient posture solves years of nagging discomfort and reoccurring injuries. Clients experience new awareness of correct muscles that promote structural stability and injury resistance contributing to pain-free living in the very first session.
With new “aliveness,” routine activities, such as home chores and gardening become core and posture strengthening drills. This new paradigm creates a barrier of stability preventing injuries and granting a sense of wellbeing. With the fear of harm being neutralized, normalcy is returned. Activities like recreational golf, playing with one’s children and living injury free can resume.
